Match against Rye Artisans at Rye Golf Club

Mike Hodgson (Captain for the day) presided over a wonderful 5.5 to 4.5 win at Rye GC on saturday 24th March. A great day's golf was enjoyed by both sets of player in warm sunny conditions. This was followed by a scrumptious meal supplied by the Artisans two wonderful lady cooks - our thanks to the ladies for the lovely feast.
Mike thanked the Rye members for their great hospitality and warm friendship and look forward to their visit to Hawkhurst for the return match later in the year.
